The interview process was very helpful. They were very clear about the responsibilities of the position. They explained the background of the company and what their expectations are for their managers. They were very friendly and understanding of personal goals and family concerns. Overall, it was a good experience.

Phone interview with recruiter. First step. Explains in detail the description of job and requirements as well as next steps and 10 questions. After you are asked for 6 references including 4 direct reports. This can be a bit hard if you are currently employed but dont want to involve your place of work just yet..so be prepared for this.
