The interview process was very professional, thorough, and fairly intense. I met with the recruiting department for the firm as well as another person who was either in HR or perhaps another support staff. After that round of interviews, I was brought back for some testing. They really go out of their way to find the right fit for the position on behalf of both the firm and the applicant.
