I applied online and was contacted the next day for a phone interview. After speaking to the recruiter she pushed me through to set up a FaceTime interview with someone else two weeks later. When the day came for the interview I received a text about 30 minutes after the interview time letting me know that the person I was set to interview with had messed up her scheduling and would need to move it two days later. I was slightly annoyed, but wanted to be understanding as this was a job I was seriously interested in. So I agreed to interview with her over FaceTime two days later. The interview consisted of a series of situational questions that I was allowed to skip if I did not have an answer to, but I answered them all. She seemed to have really liked some of my answers, as she told me throughout the interview, and arranged to have my information sent to the direct manager I would be working under at the location I was applying for and I should be hearing from them in a few days to arrange a time to come speak to them in person.....that day never came. I was never given any contact information for the manager at the location I was set to work at, just that they would have my contact information, but I never heard anything at all. The communication seemed to be lacking as the person I had the FaceTime interview with couldn't even get a day straight to have an interview, but I tried to not let it bother me as she seemed interested and invested in my interview process when we finally connected, but if the manager at this location wasn't interested in the profile he received on me, they should contact you to let you know they won't be moving forward with my application. No's are okay to receive, it will happen when job searching, but to leave someone with no answer at all is not okay. I did not enjoy the experience, and honestly, it's disheartening to feel when you are putting yourself out there to seriously job search for a career.
