The interview process was very underwhelming given how sophisticated the work done by the company is. As a candidate, you are made to feel quite under valued for your time and experience. Went through two rounds of interviews - one in person as well only to be ghosted after all that. There was no response post a few chases as well and was quite alarming given the seniority of the personnel involved in the process. The organisation once seemed aspirational to work with but post that experience, it no longer is. Can only imagine how someone shall be treated once onboarded if the organization holds little to no regard for their prospective candidates.
