First contact by e-mail and First interview by phone with Sophie who was really kind and explained everything clearly as well as taking my profile and making me fell comfortable. Second interview by video with the role manager who takes most of time clearly the tasks and also asking my background. Third interview by video with the manager and director, deeply understanding about my background and experiences.
