2 stage interview and presentation. First interview was normal competency based interview. Second interview was less formal and more to look at personality rather then competence in role with questions such as any celeb encounters. What superhero would you be and why. Very different but very enjoyable and made me feel at ease. It was a chance to show not just competence in the role but also my personality
