Went great super easy too get through the process although it took 2 days too get back too me they were still wonderful once they did get back with me, I just don’t understand why they would want you too job shadow at the interview once you do the over the phone interview, like I feel as if they should be more secure on this case just because there are people who you don’t want involved with kids immediately, they should do training
