Very easy, just talk about yourself and things you have done to help people. They are looking for kind caring people. They will give you some scenarios just respond in the most professional way possible.

It was an easy, short interview. They will take practically anyone, regardless of whther they fit the job. In retrospect, it' obvious that they don't have many standards. Considering how poor the compensation is, that's not much surprise.
