I took 2x two hours interview, first with one front office manager, then with second front office manager and the general manager. The whole interview process seemed very legit, and it was pretty formal and pretty extensive. After talking to the General Manager for about an hour I was pretty impressed. The HR told me that they will contact me within a week. I followed up with a post-interview email, didn't receive any response. Called 2 weeks later, to follow up, call went straight to voicemail. HR ghosted, never responded, never bothered to call and say "hey thank you but you are not a good fit" or whatever it was.
