First and foremost, I always hear each individual and take notes on their main topics. Then when I'm making my statement regarding the topic at hand I make sure and speak or add all the topics to my rebuttal or overall job goal. Anything I don't know myself will get taken to someone who can tell me the why and why nots of these topics. I am always straight forward and honest if I don't know the answer I will find it. And my notes will tell me who to tell what was passed to me. That is how you gain the trust of employees as well as keeping everyone calm, cool, and collective. The highest possible efficiency of the whole can grow as a team or weak links are given the chance to prove themselves before replacement.
