In a team I see myself adapting to the people around me. If a leader is needed, I will easily and confidently take charge. If there is another leader in the group, I let them do their thing but work with them to make sure that my input is heard and considered. Because of my comfortable nature, I tend to be the bridge between leadership and the quieter people who may feel nervous when trying to get their voice out there.
