I didn't realize that once I took the job I would be asked to work weekends and holidays on a regular basis because the managers wanted to keep the team sizes small. We worked like dogs and then got squeezed on the overtime. My manager recorded the minute you left for lunch and the minute you got back. If you took 55 minutes for lunch he recorded that you were out for an hour. If you took an hour and 5 minutes he recorded that you took two hours and told you that any portion of the next hour had to be recorded as a full hour.
