I did my homework before the interview process began. I recommend that applicants read Shell's Annual Report and memorize it! Pay particular attention to the small print. It was helpful to know the scope and breadth of Shell's worldwide operations. It was also helpful to know where Shell was investing its CAPEX dollars.
