Based on my experience, I handle irate customers by staying calm and listening carefully to their concerns. I have worked as a service crew at Leylam shawarma, a product specialist at SM department store, an ESL teacher, and an account executive. In all these roles, I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and clear communication to resolve issues and help customers feel heard and valued.
