I was introduced to SMA by a long-time mentor who was serving as a CEO in a related industry.  He had worked with SMA and thought very highly of the company's leadership.  He also felt that my skills and experiences would be a great fit for SMA.

I worked side by side with SMA folks on several Billion Dollar proposals and admired their team of professionals.  The management team asked me to apply.  It was a very rigorous process.  Alan Dugger helped me work my way through the process and eventually passed all the hoops.  The process and the team is very professional.
