Guest hard a presentation to market his construction company at fair. He had sent his presentation material 2 weeks ahead unfortunately the trunk never arrived. I checked him in and helped him search for the currrier company in my country as his transporter from his home country where not responding and when they did where less helpful. I managed to track his parcel through my countries revenue authority as the parcel need to be inspected. He was able to use his materials the follow day but he and the feed back was excellent although he missed the opportunity for my countries president to see his presentations he was attending the first day
