I would talk with that co-worker about the conflict in a private place. I gave he/her what I thought he/she should do instead and keep my voice calm and neutral. And then I listened to his/her response and facial expression. If we could not find a solution, I will follow my chain of command to report our situation to higher commands like RN, charge nurse or manager.
