How do you approach a renewal with a client who has had low usage?

I would reach out earlier to understand the low usage and work with them to see where I can help. Most of the time it falls into three buckets: new team members, processes not set up correctly, or a poor understanding of how the platform can be used. In all cases, an honest conversation usually provides clarity on the right next steps forward.
