Lead with GROW coaching. There is always a personal and professional side that impacts an agent's performance. Analyze the underlying reasons for the agent's poor performance and what might encourage them to improve. Once you get that, help him/her navigate the area of opportunity and support in ways you can. Follow up regularly and motivate agents. Customer Service is a dynamic environment and so leaders need to adapt and meet agents where they are.
