This one caught me off guard, but I knew where this was directed, as the organization had overall attrition rate of 50%. I felt a little disturbed that by asking this question the interviewer was confirming the problem. I answered that I would do my best to find what motivates each individual and to build a cohesive team that was willing to work together.
