How do you deal with a unsatisfied customer

I always prioritize the customer’s satisfaction, but beleive it’s important to be realistic with them as well. Never promise something that can’t be guaranteed. If it is at all possible to get there request done, make it happen. If something goes wrong apologize and figure out how we can make it right.
