How do you deal with rejection?

I don't see a no as a rejection, but rather as an opportunity to amend the customer's understanding of the process. It's not a true no unless they slam the door, cuss you out, or ask not to be contacted again. Identify hurdle (or objection); overcome; and move back into closing loop.
