I explained how I ask employees for their opinions and solutions as they are the people actually doing the work. I work with leaders to collaborate on solutions to improve processes. I ask employees why they are working for this company.. This creates purpose, interconnectivity and value in their work. We work on some projects and with a SME. I let directors lead their department with oversight based on their level of experience. I say thank you.
