How do you feel about customer service?

Well, if a company doesn't provide excellent customer service, then they are not going to have happy customers and the business will not be sucecssful for very long. Word of mouth can make or break a company.

Customer service is very important , the customer has to feel welcome and want to come back to the store , so treat them right and continue to be consistent
