How do you feel about telling people No?

What they meant was that sometimes people ask for things that is impossible for us to give them. I advised that sometimes you have to tell people no, but politely explain why it's not possible. In most cases, I try to find options for people, but if I have to tell people no, then I will, with a valid and reasonable explanation.
