How do you get someone to trust you

When dealing with clients over the phone, I have no body language or facial expressions to fall back on. My relationship with that person relies solely on the tone of my voice. I use calm, friendly, helpful tones, along with pleases and thank yous to build trust with a client. The end result will be someone who knows that when I answer the phone with "Hello, this is Stephanie" that they will get a quality, trusting individual.
