Constructive criticism is given as a team. When we review press releases it's all about getting the message out effectively and quickly. There is a mutual understanding between everyone, that the feedback isn't personal, its about putting out the best work that a company can give. With that being said I say I give constructive criticism on the blunter side, but it is a respectful conversation between myself and the writer.
