How do you handle a conflict with a customer?

I stay calm, listen carefully to the customer’s concern, and show understanding. I apologize politely if needed and try to solve the problem quickly and respectfully. If I can’t solve it myself, I ask a supervisor for help. My goal is always to make the customer feel heard and valued.
