I answered by talking about positive experiences I have had dealing with customers in other positions I previously held. Using empathy and understanding their perspective will allow to better handle the situation and meet in the middle. Sometimes conflict in the industry is unavoidable and being able to de-escalate situations is vital when working with people or clients.
