I told him if I have a meeting and a doctor needs me that 45 min away I will go to my meeting and help the doctor who needs me. However if they aren’t having an issue I will route my day around my meeting. He said that if you can’t get to this office who needs help until next week you can’t get to them. Dont spread yourself thin for someone.
