I find ways to keep things fresh by continuously trying new tactics to increase my level of success. I understand that cold calling can be frustrating, but for every "No" I get on the phone I become that much more motivated to find the next "Yes." I am incredibly competitive and I will always work hard to exceed my metrics and stack up well against my peers.
