Use a number of tools. Outlook, an online calendar, my phone, etc. I like to use tools that can be accessed on a variety of devices so I'm never without my schedule/contacts/email or anything I might need to keep a project moving forward successfully. Note: this was apparently the wrong answer becuase it did not receive a favourable response from the interviews.
