This is one of those questions that everyone practices over and over. I responded differently depending on whether I'm one of the people who is "conflicting" but in both cases said that, in the case of a "fight" I would respond like a parent and punish those involved. In the case of a professional difference of opinions, I would address the issue directly and strive for a solution that respects all parties' points of view.
