I would request a priority list for each of the tasks, and be very transparent early on about the estimated timeline of each project lead and what is achievable within the time. I also put forward the suggestion of "Float" which is a project management tool that allows you to map out time, see upcoming deadlines and anticipate any clashes before they happen.
