How do you manage time?

To manage my time, I always follow five important rules. Rule 1, I always set goals that are achievable and measurable. By having goals Ii need to achieve every day, I know I am making continued progress. Rule 2, I prioritize my work based on the needs of the organization. Rule 3, I break down each task and determine the exact amount of time I need to allocate to it. Over the year i become good at time allocation. Rule 4, I remove any distraction that could hinder my performance and my ability to complete my task. Rule 5, I always plan ahead and try to foresee any potential barriers that could detract me from my focus
