I like to believe that a great manager has staff who doesnt only work for the company but for the person. I personally motivate my staff through creating in store contests and prizes. I like to have a bulletin boards with motivational quotes and even monthly top performers. On special days i like to provide great breakroom hospitality through food and beverages to keep my staff energetic.
