I explained that each person can be motivated differently. My job is to find out what motivates them best. Are they motivated by words of affirmation, food, money, respect, growth, stability? Once I am able to find what motivates my team I can put myself into action. Credit is a large part of our daily goal. Doing snack prizes for reaching personal credit apps, the company will pay out each quarter for a large personal credit accomplishment; and seeing words of recognition of what a great job their doing.
