The only ones making money are the DLs and up the chain. We peons that are doing all the work making them all the money get crap. I train every manager to come into my store and every employee... 9 times out of 10 let's see I had one SL that stole.. Was brought out in handcuffs with marijuana found in his pocket . I had another one well that seem to be on drugs either drunk or on drugs or both.the HR department forget about it. All that Is is Rich Ballard making money by all the hard work and hours that we the peons put in. Management sucks no loyalty No work ethics no drive no determination and definitely no leadership skills. Thank god there's a lot of stores out here for me to transfer to. I've been with this company for 5 years, I'm just waiting on that right interview for the right job.
