I said, " I create task lists arranged in order of priority and check them off as each gets completed. I also utilize a calendar for scheduling and to ensure I allocate adequate time to complete my tasks." I didn't want to mention delegating since I would be in an admin capacity but that is something else I do. If someone else in the team is better suited for a particular task I assign it to them.
