I expressed a desire to always communicate "camera on" when collaborating with internal staff. When working remote, things can often feel detached, or non-humanistic due to it nature. Therefore, I think it's essential for employees to be present, on camera for all internal and external calls. This is not only courteous, but will assist in fostering opportunities to build relationships amongst staff members.
