When I’m juggling multiple deadlines, I start by evaluating each task based on urgency and impact. I like to create a clear to-do list or use project management tools like Trello or Asana to visualize everything in one place. From there, I will rank tasks by deadline and importance, and break larger projects into manageable steps with mini-deadlines. I also communicate early with stakeholders if I anticipate any conflicts - I would rather proactively manage expectations than risk missing a deadline. If priorities shift, I stay flexible and reassess the plan to ensure the most critical tasks are completed first.
