How do you prioritize urgent tasks from non urgent tasks?

I look at what can wait and what can't. Second, I consider the amount of time each task needs. If I know I can take 15 minutes to knock out a few urgent tasks, then I will. But if I had to choose between urgent and non urgent, I will always choose urgent.
