I interviewed for a Clinical Liaison position. First 3 interviews were fantastic and went well. Last interview with 3 people, 2 from the nursing staff went horribly. The DON and Admissions Director were not friendly at all. DON took 30 minutes to even smile and the Admissions Director had a scowl on her face the entire interview. I felt like they had already made up their minds about me before the interview in looking at my resume. Then no one got back to me. Silence. 4 interviews.....6 people......I deserved some kind of answer.
