How do you trach? What's your teaching Method? Why don't you have a TESOL?

Teaching needs to be adapted to the learners. The method can't be known until the teacher makes contact with the learners/ students. I have a Mater of Science with more than 10 year experience. I could teach those in the class for the TESOL
