I started to sketch out the roles of Engineering, Procurement and Construction. The HR interviewer corrected me to show only the on-site roles of construction management. She seemed to have no clue that EPC includes engineering and procurement responsibilities. My takeaway is that these folks are General Contractors - nothing more.
