Each employees has their own personalities, attitude and issues that they face everyday. By having frequent visits or session with them will help me to understand better on their characters, their solving problem skills, their teamwork, and their day-to-day customer's issue in the outlet. From there, their needs can be analyzed and further plan for a suitable training program in order to improve or to address those issues.
