I perused the company values and found them to be no different than most other tech companies. Because I didn't have specific examples to pair with the various values, I tanked the interview. This wasn't exactly communicated at the beginning, and I was pretty upset when I was told "I don't have the values they're looking for." Hopefully this heads-up gives you the success I did not end up having.
