I would make first the outline for my planning. With this, I will consider the main objective and main outcome for doing the activities. Then I will lay-out the step-by-step procedural items to come up with the individual result and finally to the ultimate one. Through this, i will also look for means how to monitor the progress when the activities are in process already.
