I answered this probably too honestly and mentioned I had struggled with pushing back on tasks however I framed this as a challenge I have overcome in the last year. However, despite framing it this way I think the fact that I had mentioned it was a challenge for me in the past wasn't smart as they highlighted this as one of the reasons I didn't get to the next stage.
