I had this this question on the Gallup and in my opinion, you can take it two ways, 1) Something above 40hrs like 40-60, and 2) "I never stop working. I'm always trying to accomplish something, even in my leisurely activities...I'm trying to get better." Most importantly though is to sound confident.
